dc.description.abstractICICI Bank's mobile banking application, iMobile Pay launched in the year 2020, offers over 270 services, such as Instant Personal Loans, Scan and Pay option, Travel and stay bookings, Life Insurance Policies etc. It is a mobile banking app that provides payments and banking services to customers of any bank. The app has emerged as the leader among mobile banking apps in India in a report by Forrester, a marquee American research firm. The goal of this study is to improve the performance of the iMobile Pay by suggesting a good monitoring tool and maintaining uptime of the App.en_US
