Abstract: ICICI Bank's mobile banking application, iMobile Pay launched in the year 2020, offers over 270 services, such as Instant Personal Loans, Scan and Pay option, Travel and stay bookings, Life Insurance Policies etc. It is a mobile banking app that provides payments and banking services to customers of any bank. The app has emerged as the leader among mobile banking apps in India in a report by Forrester, a marquee American research firm. The goal of this study is to improve the performance of the iMobile Pay by suggesting a good monitoring tool and maintaining uptime of the App.

Abstract: The study provides brief information about the stock performance of Netflix and the impact of covid-19 in the world of digital finance. Earlier people were satisfied with only one source of income but Covid totally changed that scenario. People now know that they need more sources of income to fulfill their needs so they are moving towards stock market investments which will generate their passive source of income and will also benefit the stock market as the number of investors are increasing rapidly. The reason behind investing in the stock market is the return this market offers in the short term, so if the bidding is done right one can earn a lot. Moreover, the stock market has a lot of future scope.&#xD;
As is well known, the stock market is prone to swings. It is challenging to forecast nature and the same.Stock prices are influenced by a variety of important physical, psychological, intellectual, and other important aspects in addition to economic variables. On published stock data that has been obtained from Yahoo Finance, stock price prediction models have been created and tested. The experimental findings support the claim that the various model may reasonably predict stock values over a short time horizon.&#xD;
This project analyzes the stock market performance of Netflix, how much return it offers, and should investors invest in Netflix if they are willing to invest in the stock market.&#xD;
Various machine learning and deep learning algorithms are used to train the model for prediction of the closing price of Netflix stocks.

      <description>Title: Evaluating Digital Advertising Potential of Out-of-Home Indoor Spaces

Abstract: The project aims to find out suitable indoor spaces to advertise for clients of Times OOH, after advertising at airports. Airports are one of the most promising sites because of their vast space and high footfalls. During this project, spaces identified other than airports are, retail stores, corporate buildings, and malls. The visitors of the retail store are influenced by advertisements and the conversion is done in the store immediately. For corporate buildings, an innovative way of advertising was on vending machines where people can have a look at the advertisement while they purchase from vending machines. Malls have huge spaces, and theme-based advertising/campaigns can be done in these spaces, by utilizing kiosks, digital screens, and exhibitions all at once, creating an immense impact. On further analysis, malls were identified to be the most suitable space, in terms of space and footfall. Also, the visitor profile of airports and malls are comparable. Though it cannot be guaranteed that the target audience is at the mall while the campaign is in progress, the consistency of advertisements being noticed at the mall is better compared to retail stores and corporate buildings.&#xD;
It is recommended to advertise at malls and has major or high-end campaigns during summer vacations and winter vacations when the larger population seeks a gateway to have fun and unwind.

Results, including key trends/issues affecting future scenario&#xD;
• As far as digital penetration is concerned, there is large chunk of non-managed customers who are not digitally active.&#xD;
• The POS Machines penetration of Union Bank in the market of retail sectors is not that great&#xD;
• Most of the small traders in the catchment area of the bank are banking with private sector banks&#xD;
• The customer must wait for longer duration in the bank to finally get the appropriate solution&#xD;
• The blanket strategy of selling insurance in all branches is not working. We need to have a selected list of customers with high income as targets in these non-participating branches&#xD;
Conclusions&#xD;
• Improving the service quality can help the bank to cross-sell more as the customer is more likely to use the same bank again when he needs additional financial products, like a car loan or mortgage, Life insurance etc.&#xD;
• We need to retrain the staff in branches which are not able to sell the products&#xD;
• The blanket strategy of selling insurance in all branches is not working. We need to have a selected list of customers with high income as targets in these non-participating branches&#xD;
Recommendations&#xD;
• Union bank branches should carry Digital Drive and Digitalization process more tactfully/ systematically and on a large scale&#xD;
• Secondly those retailers or professionals (doctor, restaurants etc.) having POS installed should be contacted periodically&#xD;
• We also need to retrain the staff in branches which are not able to sell the products.
